I started off visiting a good friend that I’ve known since we were both 13. And what a 13 we were together! Suffice to say it involved Aquanet and braces. I got to meet her brand new baby boy and see her be a mom. It was wonderful and heart filling in ways that make for great Hallmark movies, that is, if Hallmark movies had more wine!
All of the warm fuzzies and sappiness can be summed up in two words and a picture.

I don’t know what it is about baby feet! They are so cute! Somehow, adult feet don’t have the same charm. Ew. I wonder when the change happens?

Ha ha. Because they’re small and cute! Maybe as soon as we hit school age they start getting ugly. My feet are horrid! (I abuse them.)
